FAQ's

Can you resize one of your free patterns for me?

No, these free patterns take a lot of time to develop and because we have a wide selection we cannot accommodate resizing requests. You are welcome to do the sketching & math to calculate the modifications needed for larger sizes. It's possible that Donna may write patterns-for-purchase that will include multiple sizes in the future, but it may be awhile before those are available. We do have a large selection of patterns for purchase currently which come in many sizes.

Can I use your free patterns on quilts I want to enter into my county or state fair?

Yes! We'd love to see photos and hear about your experience, both at the fair and with the pattern!

Can I use one of your free patterns to teach a quilting class?

Yes, you can print off the pattern for your class and we only ask that you provide all the pages to the students so they know who wrote the pattern and where they can get more information. 

Can I sell a quilt I made using one of your free patterns?

Yes, you can sell your handmade pieces even if you use one of our designs! 

Can I post your free pattern on my website to share it with others?

No, we ask that you send others to our website where they can download the pattern for free.
